DJ drew our family today in church.
I love that he included Mikey.
It's been three weeks today since he was born.
There's so much I want to say but I'm struggling to find the right words.
So for now I'm keeping it simple.
I know our Father in Heaven loves us.
I know He is there to carry us through hard times if we let Him.
I've felt it.
It's another feeling I always want to remember.

I keep missing you in the halls at church so I haven't been able to stop and give you a hug. You and your sweet family are in my thoughts and prayers. I loved that DJ included Mikey in his drawing on Sunday, you have really handled it all so well with your children. Anytime we speak of Eternal Families they both know right away that Mikey is part of their Eternal future.
Love you and one of these days I'll be able to actually see you at church to talk for a few minutes.
